I have read the Reservation and Cancellation Policies below:

Reservation Policy:    Payment is required to confirm your class registration.  You can pay by  credit card on this form or by phone or you can pay with credit card, cash or check in person.  If you do not pay at the time of registration your registration will be a considered a "tentative reservation" not a "confirmed registration."  If the class fills up and you have not yet paid then you will be moved to the waiting list.  The best way to guarantee your spot is to pay for your class at the time of registration or well in advance of the class.  

Cancelation Policy:  We hope that you will not need to cancel your class and miss the fun!  We understand that emergencies arise.  However, because we must pay our instructors and we count on your registration fee to do so the registration fee is non refundable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance or we can find someone who wants to register in your place.  If you must cancel at the last minute, we suggest that you send a friend or family member in your place.
