Prepped & Ready?


I finally made it in to try Prepped and Ready and I'll tell you, I LOVE IT.  We are enjoying everything and it is so wonderful to have it all together, ready to cook it.  After planning meals, making menus, shopping, prepping and cooking for so many years it's almost like getting a vacation.  The only dilemma is picking what to cook next because everything has been so good we can't wait to try them all!  N. Cowboy Casserole - another delicious meal!  So easy to prepare my 15 year old made dinner since I was running late.  Plenty of food to feed 5 people.  We would definitely order this one again!  L. St. John

Lemon Chicken Picatta - Greal Meal!  Loved by everyone including an 8 year old, 7 year old and 4 year old.  Serving size was great, cooking was easy!  Would definitely order again!  S. Flores

The quiche I made at last week's Prepped and Ready session was fabulous!!!  Obviously I liked the ingredients because I selected them but the seasoning and flavor of the quiche itself was great and the crust was nice and flaky.  My husband loved it, too. It was also good reheated for brunch the next day.  Good stuff!  K. Wilson

We just made our first Prepped & Ready entree and it was fanstastic!  We had the Chicken Havana and it was a great meal and so large that we are having left overs tonight.  The olives, capers and brown sugar made it extra special.  Glad to have you in the community.  K. Wishard

I have to tell you my family loved the mini meatloaves with dried fruit and mustard glaze.  They just didn't like my meatloaf until I made them the fruity meatloaf!  I would definitely make that one again.  W. Cates

Parmesean Skewered Chicken with Lemon Butter Sauce - "OUTSTANDING" says my husband!!!  Pasta with Chicken, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Gorgonzola and Pine Nuts - "DELICIOUS"  Orzo with Shrimp, Feta and White Wine - "DELICIOUS".  I hesitated to pick this recipe as I have an outstanding orzo and shrimp recipe of my own, but this was a GREAT choice.  A. We had the Balsamic and Glazed Ham with Pearl Onions last night and my son said, "This ham is RETARDED GOOD!"  In case you are not "down with teenage lingo" this means "REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY GOOD!"  My husband and I enjoyed it a lot, too!  K. Wilson

We have a new favorite (it happens every few days around here).  The Orzo Shrimp with Feta and Wine was a perfect combination of herbs & feta cheese.  I used the whole box of orzo and found it to be plenty flavorful.  I had the leftovers for lunch with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.  Yum!  S. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Skewers with Lemon Butter Sauce were GREAT!  The chicken ended up being melt-in-your mouth tender!  I would definitely order this one again!  I brought the leftovers to work for lunch today and I can't wait until lunch time!  K. Wilson

You girls are doing a delectable job!  I just served your "shrimp burgers" for dinner.  What a hit!  They were enjoyed by all 5 of us and there was an ample amount.  My children no longer say, "What's for dinner" anymore.  They now say "Can we have one of those Prepped & Ready meals?  S. Coldiron

Loved both August and September sessions.  My husband is delirously happy with the exciting meals.  Everyone wants to come to MY house to dine with us!  Recipes that I would definitely suggest you repeat because they are so tasty:  Basil Pesto Three Cheese Puff Pastry, Proscuitto and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken, Idaho Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Feta and Bleu Cheese, Hoisin Shallot & Garlic Chicken Breats, Mile High Chicken Pot Pie!  S. Just wanted to let you know I had a great time at Prepped & Ready.  I told my mah jong group about it and we are looking into signing up as a group.  I fixed the Crab Casserole last night and my husband loved it!  F. Kilburn

Last night my daughter and I came to Prepped and Ready.  Tonight I cooked the Barbecue Chicken Thighs with Brown Sugar Hickory Sauce.  The meal was delicious and easy to prepare with the included instructions.  No leftovers here! I would definitely fix them again.  I can't wait to cook the next entree and am already planning to come again next month.  L. St. John

Last night we had the Sesame Crusted Grilled Salmon with Soy Curry Glaze.  That was a true test because fish is not a favorite of John's.  Preparing it was a breeze.  I chose Uncle Ben's Rice pilaf, frozen peas and hard rolls for the side.  To say it was delicious is an understatement.  John was truely impressed and added salmon cooked the Prepped and Ready way to his favorites.  We had some of the Soy-Curry glaze left over.  I refrigerated it and a few days alter grilled some pork chops and put it on it.  They too were delicious.   A Harris
