Blade Free Spare Oar Strap Set has one Elastic Spare Oar Strap and one Loop Strap. Loop Strap slips over the oar Blade and attaches to the frame. Elastic Spare Oar Strap attaches to the frame with a sewn in velcro loop. When the quick Release Buckle on the Elastic Spare Oar Strap is released the oar blade will slide out of the Loop giving you quick access to your spare oar.
