Handle Free Spare Oar Strap Set has one Elastic Spare Oar Strap and one Ring Strap. Ring Strap slips over the oar handle and attaches to the frame, Elastic Strap attaches to the frame with a sewn in velcro loop. When the quick release buckle on the elastic strap is released the oar will slide out of the ring quickly giving you fast access to your spare oar. This is our recommended system. It gives you the oar in your hands in the right position to shove it into an oarlock quickly.
