Otis Associates, Inc. is a boutique international search and integration firm specializing in finding senior managers for American interests in Asia.

The principal, Duncan Otis, has extensive business experience in Asia generally and specifically in the kinds of positions he seeks to fill for his clients. He has senior line officer management experience as well as many years as a certified management consultant dealing with American interests in A/P markets.

All searches are conducted from beginning to end by Otis himself. He takes on a select number of searches per year in order to commit his total attention to the process. Clients are not led to a single prospective hire, but instead are given a real choice of candidates.

Follow up services of OAI are designed to: help orient each new hire to the corporate culture of the client; assist the hire to better understand American business practices; and increase the likelihood of a long term working relationship between the new hire and the client’s company.
