The senior staff member of OB/GYN Associates of Spokane, Dr. McCaffree graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1976, and has been practicing medicine in Spokane since 1979. He is board certified and a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

 Dr. Steven J Richards Dr. Richards joined OB/GYN Associates of Spokane in 1993. He is a graduate of the University of Utah and completed his residency in Phoenix, Arizona. He is board certified and a fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Smetana, formely with Inland Northwest Women's Center, joined with OB/GYN Associates of Spokane in 2002. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1992.

 Dr. J "Robin" Messinger
Dr. Messinger joined our practice in the summer of 2005. She completed medical school at the University of Texas A & M and did her residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas Texas.
She is board eligible and a junior fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Robin and her husband Josh, welcomed a baby girl to their family in August 2008.

 Dr. Hechtman
Dr. Hechtman has been in private practice in Irving, Texas and recently as an OB Hospitalist at Sacred Heart Medical Center.
Dr. Hechtman completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and her Bachelor of Science Degree at the Southwestern Adventist University.
Dr. Hechtman is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Hechtman is married, and has 3 stepsons in elementary school. Her outside interests include Hollywood, Bollywood, vegetarian cooking and suduko. >>>more>>> |

Dr. Satterfield is the newest addition to our team of physicians and joined us after a relocation from Dallas Texas in 2006. She is a graduate of Creighton University of Medicine, and completed her residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Texas. >>>More

Susan joined our practice in March 2009. She worked previously as a nurse practitioner with NW OB-GYN and the Center for Reproductive Health.

 Laura "Jan" Wills, A.R.N.P.
Jan formerly with Inland Northwest Women's Center, joined with OB/GYN Associates of Spokane in 2002. She obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing at Gonzaga University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
