Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final.  Furniture can only be returned if it is damaged or defective upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the furniture upon receipt, and to refuse it if it is damaged. All exchanges will be made at the discretion of the Sales Manager.


Q: Does your furniture come with a warrantee?

A: No. North Carolina Furniture Direct does not warrantee any merchandise.  Manufacturer warranty only applies. Please inquire about specific warrantees at the time of purchase.


Q: If I don't see the merchandise on your site that I am looking for can you get it for me?

A: You may contact us with any merchandise you are looking for and we will do our best to get it for you or will offer you something that is comparable to what you need.
