| Neighborhoods of Greater Lauraville, Inc. (NOGLI) is a local organization that provides services for the Greater Lauraville area which promote homeownership, neighborhood stability, safety, and a strong sense of community. Through partnerships with Healthy Neighborhoods, Inc. and Belair Edison Neighborhoods, Inc. we are able to provide highly competitive home loan products, funding and organizational support for blo ck projects, homeownership classes, and mortgage counseling to our residents. Stay tuned for updates on NOGLI's neighborhood holiday events! The Baltimore Neighborhood Energy Challenge is in NOGLI! The Baltimore Energy Challenge is a 9-month pilot program sponsored by Baltimore's Office of Sustainability, BGE, and the Baltimore Community Foundation, as part of a state-wide initiative to reduce Maryland's energy consumption by 15% by the year 2015. BNEC will work towards achieving this goal by providing low and no cost energy-saving products and services to its participating communities, inspiring resident involvement in the energy-saving movement, and developing a clearinghouse of information and recommendations for energy auditors, green builders, and environmentally-friendly products and services. Great Soul Yoga is open!  Great Soul Yoga is located at 4711 Harford Rd., with NOGLI, in the old Great Soul Wellness space. Classes are available for all levels, and on most days of the week.
