Cocoa, S'mores, and the Miracle on Main Street! On Saturday, December 6, as Hamilton and Lauraville celebrate our "Miracle on Main Street" with Holidays on Harford, we invite you to come in from the cold for a little while and get cozy at Rock Candy. After Santa makes his last stop at 2:30, we'll warm you up with Vosges' spicy Aztec hot cocoa, and we'll be bringing our own special fancy touch to classic s'mores. You thought they were tasty with plain old Hershey bars; wait 'til you taste our Red Fire s'mores, Black Pearl s'mores, and what is soon to be a Lauraville tradition: the bacon-bar s'more. We bet you won't be able to leave without buying some of everything to take home for your own cozy winter nights .

Opening Reception: Sunday, December 14, 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Since September, 12 third- through sixth-grade students at St. Francis of Assisi School have explored their creativity through digital photography. For many of the students, this was their first foray into any type of extra-curricular art instruction. Meeting weekly, the students drew from the history of photography and photographic fundamentals to compose their own images. Class work, critiques, outside excursions, and independent assignments provided the opportunity for self-expression and progression.
SFA parents Steve Parke, an illustrator and photographer, and David Pugh, a graphic designer and photographer, conceived and ran the photo club with assistance from photographer Tish Raines, grandmother of three SFA students.
