Unit Mission, Purpose and Goals: Our mission is to provide dispatch, communication, technical services and repair of electronic equipment for all divisions of the Niagara Falls Police Department.

We also supply technical services and electronic equipment repair to all other City Departments and work closely with the MIS Department and assist them in providing data and telecom services to all City Departments.
