NeXtconveyor Corp. manufactures Scale Platforms and Mezzanines in two types. We make the traditional versions that are a combination of welding and bolt together assembly. These units follow the age-old construction methods commonly used today. The frame is square tubing with angle and bar to support the walk surface. We only work in Stainless Steel so our units are wash down friendly. If your application requires a sanitary design we make the Patent Pending NeXtgen IISP. The new NeXtgen IISP is a radical departure from the traditional scale platform. Our unit provides the most sanitary scale platform available today. We have taken our patented Web Bracket design of our NeXtgen and NeXtgen II sanitary conveyors and applied it to the construction of the platform. The result is a platform with no water pooling surfaces and total visibility to prevent places where product can accumulate and potentially contaminate your bagging operation.
