Training and Education Committee

Mission:

The Training and Education Committee will endeavor to enhance the knowledge base of the membership, Board Members, people with disabilities, families, educators, and direct support professionals through the delivery of effective training and comprehensive educational practices in employment and career development.

Goals:
      -Provide training opportunities
      -Promote Best Practice in Supported Employment
      -Promote a strong relationship with other Professional Organizations
      -Increase outreach to families and consumers

Ongoing Tasks of the Committee:
      -Identify topics and concepts of interest to the membership
      -Collaborate and partner with other organizations
      -Identify training opportunities on emerging issues
