COMMERCIAL SCRATCHING POST WARRANTY
Your NAUGHTY PAWS Scratching Post is warranted to be FREE from Defects in Workmanship and Materials, under normal use and service, for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage done by the cat or other animals. FURTHER, your Warranty against Defects in Workmanship and Materials is extended for the serviceable life of the item, PROVIDED THAT YOU HAVE READ THE "USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS" ENCLOSED WITH THE POST AND THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THESE INSTRUCTIONS. This Warranty WILL NOT cover mistreatment, either accidental or intentional, or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism or any other casualty and is extended ONLY to the original purchaser, upon receipt, by NAUGHTY PAWS of the mail-in portion of this warranty page. NAUGHTY PAWS shall not be held liable for any damage to the back or other personal injuries incurred.
This is a "LIMITED WARRANTY"
If your NAUGHTY PAWS product fails to conform to this written Limited Warranty within the warranty period, NAUGHTY PAWS shall repair or replace the defective components and will return the item to you at No Cost to you. We will determine after examination of the item whether the item will be repaired or replaced. NAUGHTY PAWS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONVENANTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES, DESIGN, QUALITY, CONDITION, MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT. NAUGHTY PAWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some States do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from State to State.
