All the toys on this web site are from a select group of conscientious manufacturers who are committed to making safe toys with minimal impact on the environment.  All our products conform to one or more of the US and International toy safety standards. 

The most common safety standards for the U.S. toy industry are the mandatory federal standard (Code of Federal Regulations, Commercial Practices 16 [16CFR]) and ASTM F963-03, the Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety.  By and large, the toy industry adheres to federal toy safety standards and has an effective recall system in place.  The vast majority of toys are safe, and industry recall rates are comparatively low.  Please visit the following links to learn more about toy safety standards and guidelines.
