STEPS TO OWNING A MR WINDOW FRANCHISE:
Step 1: Complete the Franchise Information Request
Step 2: Complete the Franchisee Application
The franchisee application will be emailed to you providing we are supplied with an email address. Upon completion fax the application to (951) 471-2190. Franchises are awarded only to those who qualify. The application process helps us to better understand your strengths, goals and financial position before we can grant you a franchise. This information will be kept confidential.
Step 3: Interview/Presentation
We will present your profile application to our Franchise Sales Department. One of our development managers will contact you to discuss your objectives and plans. If your application is approved, we will arrange a meeting in which you will be provided with our Disclosure Document, commonly referred to as a "U.F.O.C." During this meeting, you will receive an in-depth introduction to the MR WINDOW Operations. The Disclosure Document contains copies of contracts, expenses, financial statements and detailed information about MR WINDOW Franchise Corporation. The information provided in our Disclosure Document will help you analyze our franchise system. |

Step 4: Federal Disclosure Document Review
Contact your Development Manager with any questions you have regarding the information contained in the Federal Disclosure Document (FDD), previously referred to as the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
Step 5: Interview Existing Franchisees
After careful review of our Disclosure Document, you may wish to interview some of our existing MR WINDOW Franchisees.
Step 6: Second Meeting
Fourteen days after receipt of the FDD, the Franchise Sales Department will schedule a meeting with you. During this meeting, you should be prepared to discuss any issues you still do not understand or which may be of concern to you. |

Step 7: Entering into a Franchise Agreement
By this point, you should have enough information about MR WINDOW Franchise Corporation to make a decision. You may now sign a franchise agreement.
Step 8: Location
Your next step is to secure your Location! In many cases the location has already been secured beforehand. If not, we can assist you in your search.
Step 9: Orientation and Training
As soon as possible, you will attend an Orientation class. Once you have completed the orientation class, you will train at our training location. Upon completion of equipment, office and shop set-up, on site training would then begin.

FRANCHISE QUALIFICATIONS:
*Understanding and agreement with the MR WINDOW concept of high standards, operations and customer service.
*Desire and ability to participate and conform with our operating system.
*An enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit.
*Willingness to devote full-time efforts to this business.
*A minimum net worth (for single-unit operators) of $100,000.
*Consistent employment or business ownership history.
*Working knowledge of accounting and financial reports.
*Strong communication and organizational skills.
*Management and/or sales experience. |
