DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Enclosed scoop holds one level teaspoon. Add one level tsp. of TETRATEX to 8 fl. oz. of clean drinking water for small birds (i.e. Parakeet) OR add two level tsp.of TETRATEX to 8 fl. oz. of clean drinking water for large birds (i.e. Mynah). Use as bird’s only source of drinking water. Use fresh solution every day for five days. If bird does not respond to treatment or if bird’s condition worsens, consult a veterinarian. Keep stock solution covered in a dark refrigerator and discard after five days. Keep container closed before and after use. Store in a cool, dry place. PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Not for use in birds whose meat or eggs are intended for human consumption. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Tetracycline Hydrochloride 250mg/level teaspoon WARNING: Discontinue using any product containing calcium or iron while administering TETRATEX.
