Exuding Zen-like elegance, the salon’s luxurious design will immediately soothe and inspire. Sunlight streams throughout the space, playing upon the whitewashed décor and the brilliant porcelain floor imported from Italy. Guests relax in comfort, either on the row of plush, custom-designed sofa chairs, or at the large table in the salon’s color area, designed to make guests feel as though they are sitting in their own dining room.
Color takes center stage at the new salon’s open-floor color lab. Maxime’s colorists begin each guest’s visit with an in-depth consultation to find the ideal shade to match their lifestyle, wardrobe and coloring. Next, the colorists mix the custom color in the new beautifully designed color bar. They then work their magic—applying luscious, tone-on-tone colors such as dark chocolate brunettes, creamy vanilla blondes, and warm butterscotch or exotic papaya golden blondes.
After their color treatment, Maxime guests will then meet with their stylist in the new salon’s elegant, whitewashed workstations, featuring chic comfortable styling chairs.
Maxime Salon, previously located in Norwell, Mass., has been the South Shore destination for those looking for fashion-forward style and color since opening in 2001. The salon received the coveted Boston Magazine “Best of Boston” award for best hair salon, spa and best color on the South Shore for five years, most recently as the 2007 Best Hair Salon on the South Shore.
