Cardio Blast is a cardiovascular workout using a 5 lb weighted ball and a variety of different cardio styles for a total body workout. Good for both pre and post natal mom (without baby). Both pre and post natal welcome!
Ease on Back classes are designed to bring mom and baby close together and while building back your strength and endurance.
EMPOWER! Is for post partum mom (at least 10 - 12 weeks postpartum with regular exercise) who is looking to take her workout to the next level and empower herself.
Fit Mamas Move Stroller Class is for either the pre or post natal mom with baby, toddler or even preschooler in tow. Classes are held at the South Shore Plaza and include a mix of cardiovascular and strength training exercises for a total body workout. Both pre and post natal welcome!
Zumba Mama! is for the expectant mom, new mom, and even veteran mom to groove and help her get her move on! Both pre and post natal welcome!
Please note: It is recommended that participants be at least 4 weeks postpartum from vaginal delivery and 6 weeks postpartum from c-section to participate in our fitness
program. A doctor’s note of approval may be required.
