Breastfeeding Basics and Essentials- Learn why breastfeeding is beneficial to mother and baby, how to breastfeed a baby, the partner's role. Discuss challenges and obstacles and ways to overcome them and ease the transition for mom and baby. There are many benefits to breastfeeding. Even if you are able to do it for only a short time, your baby's immune system can benefit from breast milk.
