| Longville’s 4th annual Summerfest - July 18, 2009

For a $5.00 ticket, under the Big Tent, attend one of the 3 two-hour variety shows composed of Theater and Music. Just choose the time you would like to attend:
10:30 am or 1:00 pm or 3:30 pm.
For a $8.00 ticket, under the Big Tent at 6:30 pm enjoy 4 hours of listening and dancing to "Cabin Fever" Rock n Roll Band. You will get a $3.00 discount (pay only $5.00) for the evening Band if you also attended 1 of the daytime shows. - The Longville Lakes Arts Alliance, in cooperation with the Longville Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce will host the first Mardi Gras Festival, a community arts festival.
- The event will take place on the west end of Main Street, on grounds provided by Pat and Marilyn Tabaka.
- Three variety shows, showcasing local talent are scheduled for 10:30 am also at 1 & 3:30 pm. Iznette Productions is producing the shows.
- In the evening, from 6:30 to 10:30 pm, Steve Reiter's Cabin Fever band will perform music for the listening and dancing pleasure of attendees.
- Other activities include artists and crafters displaying, demonstrating and selling their works from 10 am to 6 pm. Food will be available through various food vendors during the daytime hours.
- This first time Longville event is made possible by a Minnesota State Arts Festival Grant.
- Volunteer event workers are needed. Please sign up at the 'Gallery of New Creations' in downtown Longville.
