With over 20 years experience in a multiplicity of business environments, Ms. Mikals has earned the title of “Efficiency Expert.”  It has been stated that Lisa Mikals is a “Jill of all trades and the MASTER of them ALL!” 

In addition to her specialty (24-hour Turnaround) she also owns Virtual Assistant Crossing.  V.A. Crossing consists of powerful, educated, problem solving, virtual work professionals who provide every service needed to setup, grow, and maintain a business.

Mikals is married to “Dan the Man” and they have five unique children.  Daniel, Sarita and Alannah are all amazing teenagers who impact the world every day.  The last two children are unbelievably spoiled: Roxy (Labrador retriever) and Midnight (Guinea pig).
