Dear Kacer's Kielbossa, We loved your kielbossa so much, we had to send you this photo. It was the hit of our family reunion! The Wilder Family Kentucky
Frank, It is your product and personality that sells and keeps them coming back. Watching you Rachel and Liddy work was so great. In spite of the sometime hots weather all of you were filled with personality and all these people saw that and related to it. That is why I think we are both successful. Me at the radio station and you in the store are all alone..... but out in public is where it shines and comes thru. People will not only talk about your product...but you and your personality...that makes it all the time. I'll talk with you soon. Kevin and I spoke very highly of you on the show that next morning. Radio Personality Bill Flynn
Hi Frank, I recieved the sample you sent me and it taste so good! You are definitely #1 in Keibossa!!!! I look forward to ordering more of the other flavors you have. Do you have a catalog? Thanks Again your product is Great!
Dear Mr. Kacer, Ran into you guys at the Harley State Rally in Scranton this past weekend, and had the pleasure of eating some of your great kielbossa. I have just finished placing my first (of many I am sure) order by "mail!" Many of my friends will be doing the same. You sure do have a fine and delicious product ! Thanks, Walt Henne Director Lehigh Valley HOG Chapter
Dear Mr. Kacer, From our home here in South Florida, we thank you for the rapid delivery of our Kacer's Famous Homemade Kielbossa! The familiar smell of Kacers Kielbossa in our kitchen brought me back to those younger years when a visit to Waymart meant a certain visit to Kacer's Market. Now that the little store that put your town on the map is going worldwide on the Internet, folks "out there" will really be in for a treat. With all the changes in the world these past 41years of my life, it's great to know that Kacer's Kielbossa remains the same, homemade and cooked the old fashioned way. Best Regards, Tracy Robbins Coral Springs, Florida
Dear Frank, Enclosed is $25.00 Please send more kielbosa (minus shipping & handling) ASAP. We had friends over to the house Sunday to watch the football games . . . and they RAVED about your product! This weekend my son & 3 friends are going to Canada on a fishing trip. So I'd like to send some kielbasa along with them Saturday. Thanks for your quick service! It's great to know we can find kielbasa that tastes like the kind we got as kids. Sincerely Bob Urban Summit Hill, PA
Dear Mr. Kacer, My husband brought home a package of fresh and a package of smoked Kielbassy. He purchased it at a car show and said he thought it was very good. Well being a Polack from Chicago I said "I doubt it." Well I was wrong, I cooked the fresh sausage first -- when I tasted it I felt like was back home in Chicago. Your kielbassy (Chicago spelling) was every bit as good as the homemade sausage my next door neighbor made for the holidays. I haven't tried your smoked sausage yet -- but I have no doubt that it will be excellent as well. By the way, you wouldn't know anyone that knows how to make Kiszka (black) would you? I order it from Chicago when the weather gets cold enough for them to ship it. I like it made with barley rather than the kind I have found in this area (Tunkhannock) which is made with oats (too mushy). I also order Krakowska, which is a ham sausage made the same way the Kielbassy is made but it is about 3" in diameter and is sliced and used as a lunchmeat. I just wonder if you ever heard of any one these sausages? It would be nice to be able to purchase these things locally if I could. I'll be ordering more of your kielbassy soon. I am so happy my husband brought home his surprise! Keep up the good work. Dorothy (Buczkowski) Litchfield Tunkhannock
Mr. Kacer - Having savored your delicious kelbossa many times over many years, I am delighted to see that your service is now available via email - hopefully, you will be deluged with orders in very short time. So how about sending me approx. 5 pounds of your premium grade Kielbossa. Since I will be in your area over the Labor Day weekend, I assume that my credit is good until then. Please advise shipment date, so that I can anticipate arrival. And you can be assured, that I will promote your products down here in Northern Virginia. I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks. A Satisfied Customer. Bill Robbins Centreville, Virginia
I am Pete ( NFL Legend Joe Montanna's Grandfather In-Law ) Sherosick's Great Grandaughter and I'm am just writing to say that the kielbossa arrived at Frank and Sue's and we ate it the first night that it arrived. It is delicious and we thank you! Sincerely, Jaci Sherosick Oregon
Dear Sir: Recently, a friend shared with me some of your fresh kielbossa which I found delicious. It was similar to the kielbossa I remember my parents purchasing from a small neighborhood market in Coaldale wher I grew up about 50 years ago. My friend told me he purchased your product at the Hometown Farmers Market (I live only 8 miles from there), but he also said you are not there on a regular basis. As it's not yet possible to order your products on your web site, could you please tell me, 1) what dates do you frequent the Hometown Market, and 2) what would it take for me to order your products by mail (please include costs, plus shipping and handling). I appreciate you sharing this information with me because your kielbossa is something I'd order on a regular basis. Sincerely, Bob Urban Summit Hill, Pa.
Frank I had to thank and compliment you people for having such a great tasting kielbossa. My wife and I visited family in the Wilkes Barre and Lehighton areas last weekend and decided to take in the car show at the Hometown Market. After my wife bought one of your sample sticks and I ended up going to your spot and trying some of the fresh and smoked samples, there was absolutely no doubt that your product was the best I have tasted since I was a kid some 40-50 years ago. We had a neighbor in the Nanticoke/Lake Silkworth area on Route 29 that used to smoke and sell links from his "secret recipe" and I have not tasted anything even close to that here in upstate New York until having some of yours. Did you ever think of presenting your product to Wegmans Markets on a test basis and working some kind of deal with them. I know there is a store in your area and also one in the Wilkes Barre area. Of course you would also need to insist they carry it here at the Penfield store in the Rochester, NY area. Thanks again for a great product Joe and Theresa Zbick Macedon, NY
Gotta tell ya your sausage was very good, I didn't think anyone outside of Jessup was capable of making a good sausage, BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Randy Jessup, Pennsylvania Good Luck To You, Michelle Kuykendall
Dear Frank and the wonderful people at Kacer's: Thank you so much for your e-mail...also your wonderful, wonderful product...best we have had in 30+ years! I was born in Vandling, my husband was born in Swoyersville. We both grew up in central New York and have been in California since 1969. Just loved the Gronner...well, loved them all...but that was my personal favorite. Even with the many wonderful things available in the California Bay Area, no one has learned how to make kielbassy. Sad to say, the best is Hillshire Farms...travesty!! Before our parents moved to the west coast, they would board the plane with ice chests of kielbassy, clams, home grown tomatoes, and home grown corn....very fragrant baggage!! Before my father in law passed on, he attempted to make kielbassy himself....unfortunately he did not get it right. My dad was Glen Taylor.....Cottrell Lake "Taylors"...and my mother was Ruth Bartholomay, from Vandling. We've also been enjoying the horseradish...brought back many memories of when our families used to grind our own (and not being able to breathe in the house for several days after)! I'll be calling later today to place an order to send to my sister-in-law in Denver. She will be surprised and pleased! We'll wait for a while before placing another order for ourselves, but not too long!! I also would like to compliment you on the person that answered the phone...so helpful and so pleasant. I was really impressed. As part of our "trip down memory lane", I also ordered some New York State "Rat Trap" cheese, from another company. The cheese was good, but the person on the phone was less than helpful, and very cold. Even though the cheese was good, I won't order from them again. Good customer service really makes a huge difference. Again, thank you....it made our Christmas so much
Wow! I've finally found an honest to goodness maker of kielbasa (my spelling). You spell it, say it, make it and price it the Kacer way. Our family will do the rest. Frank Three, you are a pleasure to have as a new friend in PA. Your products are very superior to the other brand I mistakenly thought was good eatin' for some forty odd years. Great stuffin' means greater tastin'. Please thank your lovely wife, family, and employees for their contributions to a customer dedicated old-timey business. Ooops. Take some credit yourself! I remain, happily, a new and satisfied customer.
