Ivette & I want to thank you all for an incredible 7 1/2 years
of serving you, & getting to know you.
We really wanted to continue providing you with the type of place that we ourselves enjoyed
visiting. However, the recession got the better of us, and we could not recover.
Those that truly know us, understand that we put everything we ever had, including blood sweat and tears into Jordan's Steakhouse, and tried everything in our power to keep it going. It has been like losing a family member.
To all our local charitable organizations, and fundraiser recipients, we are sorry we cannot do anything more at this time, but have enjoyed helping as much as we could.
We will continue in what ever way we can while without a venue and without any funds.
For the culinary students in the ProStart program, and the college students of HCC's Hospitality & Management program, we can still assist you in finding other restaurants to work or do your work study programs.
Our staff has been the best we could ever imagine anywhere, and thank you for your years of dedication and hospitality.
