Rock icon: Ultimate Band Showdown is a competition for bands of all musical genres. Bands have the chance to perform in a preliminary audition, where they perform both original music and covers. Following the completion of all auditions, the Rock icon panel of judges select the top bands that will compete in the Rock icon finals. Finalists compete for over $10,000 in prizes including studio time, pressing of 1000 CD’s, wicked gear and much more!
Congrats to Lead Astray for rocking out on top and being crowned The Rock icon 2006! Their relentless dedication and dark, but fresh image and lyrics is what allowed them to stand alone in the end. |
