Police Officer Frank Williams is an 11-year veteran of the Jersey City Police Department. Before joining the department, Frank served over 6 years in the United States Coast Guard. A football coach for nearly 20 years, Frank has coached at both the high school and college division-1 levels. Officer Williams has served the local community for many years through coaching, in programs at Hudson Catholic and St. Peters Prep high schools as well as St. Peters College. Frank continues to serve the community as the director of the Jersey City Police Activity League, supervising programs including football, basketball, and wrestling. Officer Williams has received 6 Excellent Police Service awards and a commendation from the Jersey City Police Department.
