Inspiration for the Iowa Orchard Favorites Cookbook came from the customers of Iowa Orchard.  They wanted ideas for new recipes that could be made from the orchard products, such as the apples and pumpkins.  Dorothy and JoAnn compiled the 160 page cookbook full of recipes for beverages, appetizers, salads, breads, vegetables, main dishes, desserts, and preserves.  A guide for apple, cheese and wine combinations is included for party planning.  What are tricks to make a great pie?  The secret to baking moist bread and many other baking hints are also found in the Iowa Orchard Favorites Cookbook.
