I. TYPES OF SERVICES AND FEES
a. Document report - $80 – Identifies each educational credential and gives the equivalent and fields of study. Suggested for Immigration, and Employment.
b. Detailed Course report - $135 – This is the same as the Document report but lists the post-secondary studies by courses, credits and grades in U.S. equivalents as well. Suggested for Employment, Professional Licensing and Certification, or Continuing Education
c. Office Visits - $60 per hour in addition to all other fees. By appointment only.
II. DELIVERY OF REPORTS (in addition to basic charges)
a. Standard service (10-15 business days) – No extra charge - All evaluations will be completed and mailed via regular postal service.
b. Rush service – (5 business days) - $50
c. Special service – (next business day in most cases, 2 day guaranteed) - $100
d. Same day service – (must be received by 10am eastern time) $225. Availability of service must be confirmed by calling IEE, Inc. at (704) 772-0109.
e. Extra Copies - $10 each. After the original has been mailed, copies cost $20.
f. Special Handling –
i. Overnight delivery - $25 (domestic only).
ii. Priority Mail - $10 domestic, $35 international (where available).
iii. Facsimile - $5 domestic, After 3 unsuccessful attempts evaluations will be mailed.
III. DOCUMENTATION
a. Document Report – Applicants should send photocopies of original and certified translations (if not in English) of all terminal diplomas or certificates and transcipts or marks sheets when available. Grade Point Average and Credits are NOT a part of this report.
b.Course Report – Applicants should send same documentation required for document reports plus transcripts or mark sheets of all studies completed, with a certified translation of any materials not in English.
c. Translations – All translation must be completed, literal word-for-word, and in the same format as the original document. They should include information of the certified translator who performed the translation. Any non-English documents submitted without translation will not be considered in the evaluation.
IV. REFUNDS
a. Refunds are made only in case of overpayment. No refunds will be issued once an application has been submitted.
b. In case of misrepresentations, altered or forged documents, NO refunds will be made and no evaluation report will be prepared. The documents become the property of IEE, Inc. All recipients indicated on the application form will be notified.
V. OTHER INFORMATION
a. No applications will be reviewed before fees are received.
b. All payments made to IEE, Inc. must be in the form of Money order, or Credit Card (no personal or third party checks)
c. IEE, Inc. guarantees that each evaluation report will be prepared by a qualified professional evaluator and reviewed by a second staff member in accordance with the most current evaluation data available. We cannot guarantee that an applicant will agree with statements of equivalency.
d. The applicant should determine whether or not an agency will recognize the IEE, Inc. report since many agencies conduct their own evaluations and do not accept others.
e. Applicants who submit an incomplete application will be notified by mail. No report will be prepared until all requested materials have been received.
f. IEE, reserves the right to request original documents.
g. IEE, reserves the right to reject an application for evaluation.
h. Incomplete applications will be held for only six months.
