EXTRA COPIES (of previous reports)

Please begin here to order additional copies of evaluations previously completed by IEE, Inc.  You will need to enter your Reference Number which is on your original report or enter the Month and Year that the original report was issued so that we can find your evaluation.

Please allow one week for us to mail your extra copy(s).

Please note that if your evaluation was issued in 2001 or earlier; there is a $50 charge for the first copy and $20 for each additional copy.

Please fill out all information and complete Step #6.  You will receive a order number before you have completed the entire process so don't stop until you have completed Step #6.
