Every item we sell is backed by our 100% guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us for an exchange or store credit. Please see below for details and rules.
You may return the purchased item to us in its original unworn, unwashed condition. Please ensure that the tags are left intact. We must receive the return within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full exchange or store credit.
NO EXCHANGES or STORE CREDITS on the following: Swimwear, Pajamas, Underwear, Socks, Party Dresses, Seasonal/Holiday Items or Sale items. These are final sale only.
What is a Preorder and how does it work?
When an order is placed under our Fall or Spring Preview page for an item or items that are not yet in stock this is considered a preorder.
Your card will be charged a 25% non refundable deposit. This deposit is to hold this item for you when it comes in. Your card will be charged the remaining balance before your item ships.
We try to guarantee all preorder items. If an item is not made or we never received it from the company you will be reimbursed your deposit.
If you cancel or return a preorder your deposit is nonrefundable. Sorry if this seems extreme but preorders are extra merchandise purchased specifically for you!!

Making a return is easy!
Call prior for an Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA#!!
Send the item(s) and original receipt via UPS or USPS insured mail to:

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Promotional free shipping will be deducted from the credit invoice!!
