About Khani & Auerbach
 

Jay E. Auerbach was born in Brooklyn, New York.  He earned a B.A. in History at the State University of New York at Albany and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.  He is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Historical Society.  Mr. Auerbach handles cases in many different areas of the law including real estate transactions, probate administration, wills & trusts (estate planning), landlord-tenant law, business formation, foreclosure defense, corporate transactions and civil litigation.  Mr. Auerbach is a title insurance agent writing title with the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.

Khila L. Khani is a native Floridian.  She earned a B.A. in History at California State University, Northridge and her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.  She is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.  She is active in several different community projects and serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations.  Ms. Khani focuses her practice in the area of real estate law and is a title insurance agent who writes title with the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.
