Our History
Jon Guy, GuyCo President, founded GuyCo in 2003. Jon has been in
the building industry for over 23 years, most recently serving as
Vice President for one of the top five home builders in Indiana. Jon has always been very active in the building industry and was
nominated for the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis
(BAGI) Builder of the Year in 2003. Our Mission
Complete Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal at GuyCo!
Functional, state of the art designs and superior materials teamed
up with professional contractors and quality craftsmanship to bring

Letter from Jon Guy
When The Guy Corporation was founded on July 1st
of 2003 it was started with the vision of Honor &
Integrity. Do unto others as you wish done to
yourself. This is the philosophy that every function
of GuyCo operates by each and every day. I want my
employees to work hard and do the right thing, sell
the truth and deliver the best each and every day.
For this is the reason for the existence of the
company, to help the consumer get what they
deserve. Knowledge and confidence that the
company you have chosen has your best interest as
their top priority.
So many times in this industry you hear, "it's up to
code" or "the customer didn't say anything about the
work performed". Unfortunately both are excuses;
the code is the minimum you must perform by and if
the customer knows the difference between right
and wrong in the industry then I would doubt they
would need our services. As GuyCo has grown there
have been more divisions added to service different
areas in our Industry. We currently have five
divisions and they all operate under the Guy
Corporation; GuyCo Homes, GuyCo Remodeling,
Commercial, Consulting and Realty.
The Guy Corporation is a one stop shop for anything
related to the construction industry to lead clients in
the best possible direction for their wants and needs.
GuyCo has raised the bar on Homebuilding &
Remodeling.
