The GCS D/R Asphalt release spray system was designed and manufactured after experiencing all the problems associated with the standard over the counter systems. The GCS D/R is a dual ratio unit that allows the plant managers to fine tune the ratio of release agent being dispensed, and allows two set ratios to be changed with the turn of a valve. The dual ratio feature makes for convenient changes when producing specialty mixes.
Built for the asphalt industry, these units are built to perform. Spray systems come complete with 35 ft of hose and a single wand assm.
