LIQUID STEAM CLEANER 0931
DESCRIPTION: A high caustic, semi-viscous, green opaque, liquid steam compound.
PROPERTIES: It has a pH of 1% solution of 12.4 and a bulk density of 9.5 pounds per gallon. In addition to the caustic soda, it contains surfactants with excellent penetration and cleaning capabilities.
METHOD OF MIX AND APPLICATION: Can be applied through any type of steam generator or injector. It is diluted in the steam generator solution tank or steam injector reservoir at a concentration of 1 to 2 pints per gallon of water. In each case, the solution control valve is adjusted to give a concentration of 1 to 12 ounces per gallon at the steam nozzle depending upon the type and amount of soil to be removed. All parts should be rinsed with clear water after cleaning.
SAFETY: Since it contains caustic soda, it should not be used on aluminum or painted surfaces. It can be used on some magnesium alloys. Protective gloves and goggles should be worn when handling this product or its diluted solutions. In case of contact with the skin, flush with water. In case of contact with the eyes, flush with water for 25 minutes and obtain medical aid.
