The Music Ministry here at Garr is made up of several groups of talented musicians and singers. They serve our congregation by leading us in worship to an incredible God who loves us! Our Sunday morning services are mostly contemporary in nature, but you will still hear and sing great hymns of the Faith as well! If you have never attended a service, come and join us for a Sunday! We’d love to worship with you! There are many opportunities to get involved in Garr's Music Ministry if you desire to serve the Lord with your musical gifts and talents!
Our Worship Team is composed of college through adult-age worship band musicians and singers who provide music for our 10:30 AM worship services each Sunday morning. It’s a great band, (guitars, bass, rhythm, piano, flute, etc.) but one that is always looking for additional instrumentalists to help us lead worship. The worship team meets weekly and on Sunday mornings at 8 am. The team offers flexible scheduling, weekly and biweekly. "Fresh Praise is a small vocal ensemble which was started in 2002. It is comprised of nine singers who bless our congregation every so often. The group performs different styles of contemporary Christian music, and has a wonderful time doing it. It’s always a highlight of a service to hear them sing and share. There are a couple of singers still needed to fill out the group!
