Facilities Use

Garr Church enjoys a beautiful 23 acre campus that makes a great location for a wedding, family gathering, sporting event, or any other special occasion. We are currently only allowing active members of our church and school family to use our facilities for special events. If you are not currently an active member of Garr Church or a student at Garr Christian Academy, please accept our forgiveness for not being able to host your event. 

How Can I Schedule an Event?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download and complete our Facilities Use Application and Policy Sheet .
  2. Mail Forms to:
    Garr Church
    Att: Pastor Briscoe
    7700 Wallace Rd.
    Charlotte, NC 28212
    (You can also drop them off at the Church office)
  3. Upon receiving your application, our staff will meet on the following Monday to discuss and approve or deny your request.
  4. (You will receive a written confirmation within 10 days)
