Tom Andres

Thomas Andres is a Director of Fuoco Group, a multi-office, multi-state full service accounting and consulting firm providing expert assurance services, accounting, strategic advisory services, estate and trust accounting, tax planning and preparation, litigation support, and forensic and fraud auditing services.

Mr. Andres co-founded Wieseneck, Andres & Company, P.A. in 1987 and in 2009 merged his firm into the Fuoco Group. Mr. Andres participated in, supervised and reviewed all of the audits, reviews, compilations and all other accounting and attest engagements conducted by the firm. Due to his vast understanding of small and medium sized corporate businesses and their financial statements. Mr. Andres also assists corporate clients improve their cash flows, improve numerous business and financial ratios, improve internal controls, and generally clean up their financial statements making them more presentable to financial institutions, potential buyers, bonding organizations, etc.

During his career Mr. Andres has conducted various business valuations for litigation support purposes; prepared valuation for ESOPs, sales of businesses, mergers of businesses, divorces, family limited partnerships and retirements of partners and stockholders. Mr. Andres also conducts due diligence work for various corporate and personal clients in their pursuit of merging or acquiring other companies with cash or common stock or a combination of stock and debt.

Mr. Andres has also conducted audits of various 401(k) and 403(b) plans as required by the Department of Labor.

Throughout his career, Mr. Andres has actively supported numerous civic, cultural and business organizations. As a Certified Public Account, Mr. Andres is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accounts. He is also a member of Florida Institute of Certified Public Accounts. Mr. Andres is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Additionally, he is a Certified Valuation Analysts with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is Treasurer of Healthy Mothers Healthy Baby Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc as well as on the Palm Health Care Foundation, Inc., Planned Giving Committee.

Mr. Andres holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, from, Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.
