Customer agrees to: Operate equipment according to Manufacturer's specifications, or as outlined by our firm. Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions. Permit only our personnel to work on subject equipment. We agree to: Instruct you in the operation of the equipment. Furnish labor and parts as indicated above. Provide you a check list of services performed on each maintenance visit. Give our contract holders preference over all other service activity normally undertaken by us. AGREEMENTS HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS: Major System Components; Compressors, heat exchangers, a/c and heat pump condenser and evaporator coils, refrigerant and heating piping. Wear items / consumables such as humidifier pads, air filters, UV lights, etc. are not covered. Components exterior to the covered equipment including plumbing, flue pipes, chimneys, electrical service and wiring, water service, refrigerant piping leaks, condensate piping, zone valves, zone dampers, ductwork, unit cabinet, Digital - Electronic - Wi-Fi - Smart Thermostats, condensate pumps, boiler pumps, attic ventilators. Acts of god Rust, rot, decay and corrosion of equipment jacket, shell and frame. Parts found defective, documented, and not replaced during initial maintenance procedure. Combination heat/cool blower is covered only during season purchased. Misuse or neglect of equipment. We are not responsible for system design or performance in maintaining desired temperatures, temperature variations in space, or balancing. No other expressed or implied warranty has been made by Warrantor. Warrantor shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal or real property, personal injury, inconvenience, whether direct or indirect, or for incidental or consequential damages.
