Service Agreements/Home This year we are offering 10% off service agreement prices for customers that pay for their agreement in the beginning of the year. This discount is off last years agreement price, there's no price increase this year. Previously we would invoice and collect for agreements when performing the maintenance. This basically forced our technicians to be cashiers as well as service technicians. This was an ineffective way of utilizing their skills. Our techs should be spending their time on your system maintenance and repairs not bookkeeping. The new agreement procedure will operate as follows: * Paying for your agreement in January will save you money $. * We will send out the maintenance agreement invoice in January * You send in payment via check or call our office to use your Visa/Master. * You call and schedule your Air conditioning maintenance March, April or May depending on which Month agreement you purchased. * You call and schedule your heating maintenance September, October or November depending on which Month agreement you purchased. * You have the opportunity to upgrade your agreement to VIP PLUS. * You can add to add accessory items to your agreement such as Humidifiers, air cleaners, UV lights…ETC.
