A. Your shoes will be shipped by USPS priority mail with insurance after your payment is received. Q. What is the shipping cost?
A. Domestic shipping cost: $15, $10 for each additional item
Shipping to Canada is $30, $15 for each additional item
International shipping cost is $35, $20 for each additional item.
Q. Can I pick up the shoes?
A. Yes, you can pick up your shoes at the NYC showroom after completing the payment online. Please email us at info@felinashoes.com to let us know when you'll be coming to pick up the shoes.. To pick up shoes at other showroom locations, please contact info@felinashoes.com
Q. What is your shipping process?
A. Most of your order will ship within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. Shipping takes 2-3 days domestic, 4-10 days international.
Our website may not reflect real-time inventory,m so not all "available" products are on hand for immediate delivery. Customers placing rush delivery should contact us in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints.
Q. Can FELINA SHOES ship to more than one address?
A. Yes, we can ship items to more than one address, but you'll need to place separate orders for each destination.
