Before the floor coating installation begins, the customer must do the following things:
* Remove all debris and property from the floor surface
* Broom sweep the floor surface
* Provide for heat (during the colder months), water, and electricity in the area where the floor coatings will be applied
* Provide a 220V plug (the clothes dryer plug) within 125 ft. of the work area for HTC grinding
* Provide two (2) separate 110V, 20 amp, plugs within 100 ft. of work area
* DO NOT get the floor wet 72 hours before the floor coating installation is scheduled to start
* DO NOT apply any cleaning solutions to the floor, unless recommended by Ervin Specialty Coatings
