| First Coat: • Apply deep penetrating epoxy primer to floor surfaces (175 to 200 sq. ft. per gal.) • Allow primer to cure for about 1 to 24 hours • Lightly sand (either mechanically or by hand) the floor to remove any foreign debris trapped in the drying process and smooth the surface (if necessary) Second Coat: • Apply a coat of 100% solids epoxy to floor surface (~ 100 sq. ft. per gal.) • Allow epoxy coat to cure for about 24 hours • Lightly sand (either mechanically or by hand) the floor to remove any foreign debris trapped in the drying process and smooth the surface (if necessary) Third Coat, Finish: • Apply a finish coat of UV resistant polyurethane with aluminum oxide (added for slip resistance) to floor surface (250 to 300 sq. ft. per gal.) | |||
