ATTENTION CUSTOMERS: FEDEX AND UPS BOTH CHANGED SHIPPING RULES AND PRICES AS OF 1/2/2017. BECAUSE OF THESE CHANGES, SHIPPING COSTS HAVE INCREASED. WHILE WE TRY TO KEEP COSTS DOWN FOR SHIPPING, DUE TO THE NEW BILLING METHODS BOTH COMPANIES ARE USING NOW; WE WILL HAVE TO QUOTE A SHIPPING COST FOR YOUR APPROVAL ON ALL FUTURE ORDERS WHEN THESE COMPANIES ARE INVOLVED.
All shipping prices are estimates until products are packaged and we know the shipping service required.
Shipping prices will be applied to EVERY order, unless the order is for 6 or more pounds of loose carbon; you must order at least 6 pounds of carbon to qualify for free shipping in the continental USA, only. We guarantee you will be charged fairly and correctly. Sometimes the web orders will show an overcharge on shipping, but don't worry, we double check every time. If shipping appears as $0.00, that is incorrect, you will still be charged shipping. IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES ON PRODUCTS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM, WE WILL NOT ALLOW ANY SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS AT NO COST. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP UN-DAMAGED PRODUCTS, SO IF THERE IS DAMAGE, IT HAS BEEN CAUSED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY WE USED TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS, AND WE NEED TO NOTIFY THEM OF THE DAMAGE CLAIM.
We use either FedEx, Spee Dee Delivery, or U. S. Postal service for most orders, depending on products ordered & where you are having them shipped to. If you need a shipping quote, please contact us.
While it is rare that we get a product returned to us by our customers, our policy states that we must be notified within 30 days of purchase for return authorization. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. No original shipping costs are refunded. We will issue a credit if the item is returned in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs and is liable for any lost or damaged products. We highly recommend that if you are returning an item; insure it for the retail value.
We are always happy to take the time to help you with your specific air or water problem. Please contact us by phone, fax, e-mail or snail mail and we will be happy to assist you. If you purchase any products and need to return them for any reason, you must call first for authorization. Any returns may be subjected to re-stocking fees, based on the product and condition of it upon return. Water filter systems cannot be returned if it appears that the system has been installed or is missing parts.
