SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Shipping prices will be applied to EVERY order, unless the order is for 3 or more pounds of loose carbon; you must order at least 3 pounds of carbon to qualify for free shipping in the continental USA, only. We guarantee you will be charged fairly and correctly. Sometimes the web orders will show an overcharge on shipping, but don't worry, we double check every time. If shipping appears as $0.00, that is incorrect, you will still be charged shipping. If your shipping cost seems odd, or you have ANY other questions please feel free to contact us via e-mail at sales@foustco.com , or telephone at 800-EL-FOUST (800-353-6878). While it is rare that we get a product returned to us by our customers, our policy states that we must be notified within 30 days of purchase for return authorization. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee. No original shipping costs are refunded. We will issue a credit if the item is returned in re-sellable condition. The customer is reponsible for all returned shipping costs and is liable for any lost or damaged products. We highly recommend that if you are returning an item, insure it for the retail value.

If you purchase any products and need to return them for any reason, you must call first for authorization. Any returns may be subjected to re-stocking fees, based on the product and condition of it upon return.
