| Indoor tanning is safe. It is a controlled environment, unlike natural sun. As a first time tanner, you will need to decide if you plan to tan with or without a bathing suit, or you may prefer to tan without tan lines. If you do decide to tan without tan lines........do it from day one, not after you have started to develop a tan. You will also need a tanning lotion designed for your skin type and made specifically for use in a tanning unit. The staff at the salon will determine the amount of time that you will be in the tanning unit, to ensure that you do not burn. |
