 Bobbi & Dale Ressler - Owners - Dale and Bobbi have been married for 27 years, have two children, Nick and Samantha, both of whom attend college at Messiah. Dale is a minister, drag racer and has been in some form of construction for 30 years, working for other companies and then starting his own company, D.E.R. Construction, Inc. in 1990. In 2005, D.E.R. was selected to receive the Big 50 Award and came to the attention of DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. In 2006, we purchased franchise rights for the area and set up a showroom in order to serve clients better. |
 Erica Garber Sales & Design– born in Mechanicsburg, PA. and attended Cumberland Valley High School and graduated in 2001. Erica has a BS degree from Messiah College in Sport and Exercise Science where she met her husband Mike who is a farmer in the Elizabethtown area. After working as an office manager for a local physical therapy practice for 3 years, Erica decided to stay home to raise their daughter, Faith. As Faith became older, Erica started to seek an outlet for her creativity. She designed her dream kitchen and showed the plans to Bobbi and Dale. They realized Erica’s talent and offered her the position of Design & Sales in October 2007. Erica has the best of all worlds – working Monday and Wednesday. Her position allows her to help clients achieve their dream results on their remodeling project. |

Hector Cruz - Lead Carpenter - has been married to his wife, Gloria, for 35 years, has two sons and three grand children. He enjoys most sports including biking and boating. The most important things in his life are his family and the Lord. Hector has been with the company for over 11 years and takes great pride in his work. When you need it done, count on Hector. |
