A subluxation is defined as a bone in the spine which has moved out of its proper position resulting in nerve interference and dis-ease. Nerves that exit the spine at each level go to specific parts of the body so nerve interference results in less than optimal performance of the particular parts of the body that are innervated. By removing this interference through chiropractic adjustments, the body can work in a more optimal state.
