*Just a Quickie. I'm gonna Leave the midget posts up for now. I just got back from Camp today and I'm working through the odd 270 pictures that I took there hoping hat I'll be able to put up at least 100 before I leave for the cruise. I gotta change the cayuga page so You can select which year you want to see and I need to change the about page. Also 'm way behind on the Bands Section. As you can see. I got a lot to work on. So I'm going to get started*
Supersonic Futuristic Stealth Jet Planes Listen to Incubus; The Title of This Post regards to the movie I just Saw Today. Stealth was a typical summer blockbuster with big explosions, a bit of eyecandy, and a somewhat intriging Plot. Although I think the Whole Man-creates-machine-which-turns-on-man thing is a little overdone ( See Terminators One, Two, and Three) This movie did a fairly decent Job. There where several Parts during the movie where I said to myself, "Wow, That was cool". I give it a 9 out of 10 stars. Commit This To Memory; If you haven't gone out and bought it already, the New Motion City Soundtrack Cd is out. I didn't even know until Mike told me and I downloaded their Songs, I have to say. It's very good. of the 12 tracks on the cd, I think I came away thinking 5 or 6 were really good, Which is more than I can say for many other bands these days. Defibrillating someone has never been this Fun; Another thing to but (If you have the Money, $50) is Battlefield 2. This Amazing First Person Shooter for the PC is such an awesome game. Set in the Near Future where the US Marines Duke it out with the MEC (Middle East Coalition) and the Chinese People's army, This Game is both Versatile and Unique with Hours upon Hours of Gameplay before you get Bored. Medics can use the Defibrillator to give life or take it away. A Dan Brown Wannabe? Oh No, He's Much More than that; On the Literary Front; If you liiked Books such as The DaVinci Code or Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, you'll love this Author. Steve Berry recently came out with his third Book Entitled The Third Secret. It's Dan Brown's work with extra excellance added on. The Other Book of his three that I read was The Romanov Prophecy. Very good book with a Solid and Belivable plot (Well Belivable as far as Suspense Thrillers go) that Refuses to let go. Abracadabra and Alakazam! Yes, You knew it was Coming, The 6th Harry Potter Book is out. This joins the Pantheon of Books which refuse to let go. I started reding it and couldn't put it down until I was three hours and 350 pages in. Shorter than the last book by about 150 pages, It has all the sustance and thick plot of all the previous books combined. The Book Climaxes when One character shows his true colors and another has to leave this life because of it. Spoiler Alert! The last word of the book is Hermione. Billy Bob Thorton is Dave in 40 years... Another Movie I saw recently was The Bad News Bears. A Little Vulgar and runchy for older audiences but those of the younger generation will enjoy. Contains the most amount of Children under 12 cursing since Hardball. Although After about 45 minutes the 3 song soundtrack does get annoying. Unless you like hearing the Play Carmen played over and over again. |
