Q: How do I Order?
A: To place an order, just click on the particular item you would like to purchase (note, only items with prices underneath them, can be purchased online) and your shopping cart will be accessed.  Enter the quantity of the item and click 'add item'.  You will then have the choice to continue shopping, checkout or edit your shopping cart.

Once you've completed your shopping and you are ready to checkout, click 'checkout' and you will be prompted to login or create an account.  Creating an account involves completing the brief registration form. Completion of the form will help us serve you better in the future and will create your own personalized shopping cart that you may use to build your order. It is strongly recommended that you create an account to save all of your shipping and billing history and will save you the hassle of re-entering this information on future orders.

You will continue the 3-step checkout process and provide your credit card information over a secured connection.  Upon completion of the order, you will receive an email confirmation and your order will begin processing (see 'Shipping Policies' for details on order processing).

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number through email so you can further track your package.

All of the information you supply is used only to identify yourself to the web site. We will not release any of the information to any third party.

Q: How does the shopping cart work?
A: By clicking on 'My Cart' and then 'My Shopping Cart' you'll be taken to your shopping cart. You may be asked to enter the e-mail address and password you supplied in the registration form. You will also be asked if you would like the server to write a cookie to your computer to automatically log you in on your next visit.

As you browse through our online catalog, you can place items in your cart by selecting the 'Add to Cart' button from the product or search results page. Any special promotions, sale prices, and price breaks will be calculated in the cart, giving you an up-to-date subtotal of your order.

To change quantities of the items in your shopping cart, simply enter the appropriate quantity in the QTY box and click 'Update'. To remove an item, you can click the blue 'Remove' button or use the 'Empty Cart' button to empty the entire shopping cart. When you are ready to proceed to the check-out process, click the 'Check Out' button.

Q: What's involved in the checkout process?
A: There are 3 steps in the checkout process. Accurate completion of these steps will accelerate the processing of your order.

Step 1: Shipping and billing addresses

We understand that sometimes you need to have your package shipped to a place other than where we'll be sending the bill.  Please make certain that the addresses are correct (including zip codes) so that UPS can deliver your package properly.

Comments: Use the space provided on this page to make any necessary comments about your order. This area is useful if you'd like a special greeting associated with the package.

Step 2: Shipping

Please read all of the information presented about our shipping policies.  To ensure freshness, quality and taste all orders must be shipped either next day or 2nd day through UPS (UPS Ground for non-refrigerated items).  We ship anywhere in the continential United States. We ship via UPS Monday thru Thursday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays (ex: Thursday shipment going 2nd Day Air will be delivered on Monday). UPS needs a physical address no P.O. Boxes etc.  The foam insulated packaging will have ample refrigerant packs to keep your order cool for the duration of the delivery.

Step 3: Payment

In this step you will be asked for an e-mail address where we can contact you if necessary. You'll also be presented with an order total. If you chose a shipping method other than UPS, we will e-mail you with a shipping quote as soon as possible. If you are paying by credit card, you will also be asked for that information in this step.
