AUTO ACCIDENTS - PERSONAL INJURY

Personal injury can result from any negligent, reckless or careless behavior of others
If you’ve been injured in an automobile accident, it is important that you seek medical attention immediately. Additionally, try to get as much information as possible from the other party(ies) involved and any witnesses (names, addresses, phone numbers. As well as license number, car owner’s name and address and insurance information for the other vehicle involved).
Furthermore, if possible, obtain as much information as you can about the accident scene, time of day, directions of travel, weather. If possible photograph of all vehicles involved, location of the accident, visible injuries, road defects and blocked or obstructed traffic signals if applicable.
