ORDERING POLICY

Orders may be placed through the website, phoned in to 715-358-6777, or faxed in to 715-358-5677.
Please e-mail us at info@crystalcue.com or call us if you have any questions on any items.
When placing an order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
All orders are subject to an address verification process.
Any billing address submitted that cannot be verified by a customer’s financial institution may cause the order to be delayed or cancelled.
Under normal circumstances, all orders will be shipped no later than 48 hours or 1 business day from time of placement.
All shipments will be made by UPS (United Parcel Service).
All returns of merchandise are subject to our Returns Policy.
                                                                                                                                                
RETURNS POLICY
All returns must be approved by the Crystal Cue Rec Room and have a restocking fee of 20% per item.

*All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
Items used such as chalked cues may not be returned.                                              

DAMAGE POLICY
Upon delivery, please inspect all goods for damage.
If damage is found, please refuse delivery.
In the event of concealed damage, please notify us immediately at 715-358-6777.
