BEACH CLUB - All of our guests may enjoy complimentary access to the resort's Private Beach Club for Residents. This three million dollar, top-class amenity has been designed for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests. Spread across 2 acres, the Beach Club features an elevated, white sand beach with shade palapas and a spectacular view of Los Sueños Marina and Herradura Bay. Additional amenities include an impressive, free-form swimming pool and jacuzzi with shower and change facilities, expansive decks, fountains and a swim-up bar.

MARINA VILLAGE - Los Sueños boasts the most sophisticated marina in Latin America. The marina's charming commercial center is just a short walk from the residential properties and is the perfect place to enjoy a day of shopping and fine dining against the backdrop of gleaming, multi-million dollar yachts.
MARRIOTT HOTEL - All of our guests are welcome to enjoy the Marriott's six bars and restaurants, casino and spa. A variety of short-term membership programs are available to renters who wish to use the hotel's fitness facility, tennis courts and oceanfront pool.
LA IGUANA GOLF COURSE - Los Sueños has been recently ranked as a top winter golf destination by both Esquire and Celebrated Living magazines. This unique playing environment features an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Ted Robinson, Jr. The course plays through the resort's private rainforest reserve. Because La Iguana's caddies are all trained naturalist guides they can spotlight the various wildlife species that inhabit the fairways including monkeys, sloths, pizotes, toucans and macaws.
SPA - The Marriott Spa invites you to close your eyes, rest and relax. Offering a wonderful array of spa services and treatments, the Marriott Spa is a great place for the ultimate relaxation experience.
